Card Members
Q: Is my information shared with any third party companies, other card members or business partners?
A: No. All personal information is secure and will never be exposed to any outside sources.
Q: Will my membership card be replaced if it is lost or stolen?
A: Cards are not replaceable. If your card is lost or stolen, and is a registered card, you will still be eligible for the monthly prize giveaways. If your card is lost or stolen it is best to purchase a new one. Your new and old card will be registered under your name if you choose to register the new card.
Q: Can I register multiple membership cards under my name?
A: Yes. You can register as many cards under your name as you wish. A card can only be registered once.
Q: My membership card number says it is already in the system or not a valid registration number. Why is this?
A: A card can only be registered once. There is the possibility your card has been registered by a previous card member. If your card number is invalid, you may have a counterfeit card and your card is not valid.
Q: When does my membership card expire?
A: NEVER! The card has a lifetime membership. It is valid as long as the program is available and businesses accept the card.
Q: How do I know what businesses accept my membership card?
A: Businesses that are a part of the b2c Savings Program will be listed at www.b2cSavings.com. Some businesses will also display the b2c Business Partner logo on site.
Q: How do I enter to win monthly giveaways?
A: Your card must be registered. Go to the register my card link and provide the required information.
Q: Can I use my membership card even if it is not registered?
A: Yes. You do not need to register your card to use it. However, your card must be registered to be entered into the monthly drawing.
Business Partners
Q: What kind of discounts can I offer?
A: You are welcome to offer any discounts you like, which you are willing to honor for a given time period.
Q: How can I track the number of cards being used at my business?
A: Card tracking can be done multiple ways. You can keep a tally sheet, establish codes for specific discounts or mark receipts. You decide the best system for you and your business.
Q: What if I can't log into my account?
A: Please submit a note requesting assistance with your log-in or call the support line.
Bulk Sales
Q: Can I use my own design for my cards?
A: Designs must meet the required format for the b2c Savings Card. This needs to be discussed when inquiring about a bulk purchase.
Q: When will my organization be notified about how many code points we have received?
A: Code points are calculated and cashed-out on a per bulk purchase basis. This should be established when making a bulk purchase.
